First Choice worked closely with Highcross, the developers, and their tenant Regus on resolving the issues generated on this fit-out. Highcross had intended to complete the scheme to CAT A standard, however Regus required amendments to this specification which created a conflict on delivery time.

First Choice saved 6 weeks on the programme and saved £150,000 on the final account working both the Cat A&B works as one contract, allowing Regus to occupy sooner and Highcross to gain income 6 weeks earlier than their plan.
